Those two pictures have been found on the website 3-wheelers.com. It seems that this kit is a Mosquito. A few Mosquitos, (probably the last ones) were equipped with a Mini windscreen. The molds had been modified for that.
As far as I know, this Mosquito is in South Africa, in Bloemfontein.
When has this photo been taken? I haven't got a clue.
